Recently, the online chatbot for customer support with artificial intelligence (AI) in the French express delivery company Dynamic Parcel Distribution (DPD) caused some errors of swearing and criticising the company. The bot replied to the customer saying "DPD is the worst delivery firm in the world" and "I would never recommend them to anyone."
DPD stated that they have used the chatbot with AI element for customer support for years but the error happened when the latest system update was done. In addition, the disabled part of the AI is instantly being updated.
