The competition will take place on Saturday, 13 December 2025, at HKSKH Bishop Hall Secondary School. It is a full-day competition.

The competition aims to spark students’ interests and enhance knowledge in domains of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Aviation Science, encouraging secondary school students to explore STEAM through real-world, interactive, and hands-on learning experiences.

For the Flight Simulator Challenge, all equipment will be provided by the organizers.
For the AI Flight Planning Challenge, students are required to bring their own laptop or tablet to access the designated AI toolbox for route optimization and related tasks.
Stationery such as pencils and paper will be provided by the organizers.

Yes. Schools can choose to participate in either one or both challenges. Each school may register up to 2 teams per challenge.

Two complimentary workshops are included in the registration fee. These workshops are designed to help students prepare for the Flight Simulator Challenges & AI Flight Planning Challenges.
Schools are encouraged to enroll in the All-in-One Advanced Training Program if their students have little or no prior exposure to aviation or flight simulator training.

The workshops will be held in 4 & 18 October or 1 & 15 November at HK Tech 300 in Admiralty .
