Our approach to select and bring course creators onboard as educators is meticulously comprehensive.

We seek individuals who are not only passionate about their creative fields, but are also committed to sharing knowledge and shaping the next generation of creators. We assess applicants based on relevant expertise, teaching capabilities and experience, and their alignment with our vision.

While we appreciate the expertise and domain knowledge from different creative segments of global creators, we also understand that nurturing the next generation of creators requires a strong foundation in teaching.

That's how our "Train the Trainer'' scheme was introduced - the goal is to fill the gaps between being an expert in one domain and being competent to teach. Through the online & offline real-time training sessions with our team, we ensure that course creators who are onboard are ready to take up the role as educators to share their knowledge and experience with the younger generation.

Our team also ensures course creators are equipped with the latest methodologies and tools necessary to effectively carry out the teaching to students. Together we build a community of dedicated creators and educators to drive positive impacts in the rising creator economy.

This scheme involves online and offline real-time training sessions with industry practitioners, advisors and our team to prepare course creators for their role as educators.
